Derek Schultz is a platform architect at Iron.io. He has worn many hats over the last 10 years and in doing so gained in-depth knowledge in cloud service models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, FaaS). He currently serves as PTL for the OpenStack Picasso project. In his spare time, he tinkers with music production and enjoys the beautiful outdoors of Boulder, Colorado.
