Shaping Tomorrow
In last 9 years, I have worked for the IBM Ireland Product Distribution Limited Singapore Branch experience in developing applications.
In that time, I have experience to work with customers and end users in Singapore and European, be familiar with complex systems. My daily work is managing a team in Vietnam to maintain and upgrade software system. The client is IBMer and software system is internal tools so we focus on high quality products in strictly plan.
As a PM of maintenance team, I handled multiform requests from clients, from creating new function/application to write test cases, do testing… from fixing bugs in old application to finding solutions for new function… So that I have experience to work with end-user, live production environment, setting up production environment.
I am active, independent working and team work ability, a hard-working and responsible person.
I have experience to contact with end user to clarify requirement.
