I am a seasoned professional who has seen an array of computer systems from superior ratings to unsatisfactory and have the knowledge and experience to minimize risk for any size company. It is my professional opinion that most systems can resolve cyber-security vulnerabilities with technical solutions. Those vulnerabilities that remain are caused by personality conflicts within the organization that results in a culture of cover up. The best way to handle these personal conflicts is to assess the cohesion of an organization with quarterly system scans using Newt, SCAP and Nessus and personality assessments using my own “personality poker” assessment. Reports from these assessments should then be used to develop effective teams designed for innovation and promotion and pave a path toward proactive cyber security policy
