Our organisation is seeking a server engineer to assist with our continued growth in the hosting industry. Time zone is not important, we can handle any time zones.

The requirements of the role are:
Configuration managing, installing, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and administering Red Hat Director-deployed Red Hat OpenStack Platform
You must have experience with a full OpenStack private cloud
You must have understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation and dedicated servers.
Experience with WHMCS and KVM is a bonus
You should have a firm understanding of both Linux and Windows
You are able to quickly and efficiently handle hosting related issues and debugging.
You must have a reliable high speed internet connection.
Excellent written English
The core responsibilities of your role are:
Inbound Level 2-3 Support (Tickets)
VPS & Dedicated Server Support
Help Level 1 Support team with their escalations
You must be an independent thinker and willing to take ownership of your role. We will provide the training and autonomy needed for you to thrive and grow with us.
This role is 100% remote with all communication conducted via Skype, Slack and email.
