I work for Rackspace and am a Technical Sales Resource for our SMB acquisition and install base teams. In my role, I help our sales teams design solutions to meet the needs of current and prospective customers.

Cloud computing is starting to really play a large role in our SMB customer base and feel to be a truly valued advisor, the more knowledge and understanding I have in our Cloud and Openstack initiatives, the better I can support both our customers and my fellow Rackers.
