Statement of Interest



Mirza Kamaludeen, PhD, P.Eng, is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Cloud Dynamics and has over 18 years of experience in enterprise IT datacenter design, solution build and operations. He is the principal architect of Cloud Dynamics’ adaptive data center solutions, its cloud technologies and the author of the CRU manifesto. Prior to co-founding Cloud Dynamics, Mirza was the Director of Data Center Operations (A) for the Province of Ontario, where he led a team of more than 400 IT professionals and engineers and numerous IT modernization programs, from Data Centre consolidation to the Guelph Tier IV Data Center (GDC) modular design. He also developed the infrastructure blueprint for the Ontario public Service (OPS) Cloud service. 

Dr. Mirza holds a Bachelor, Masters, and Doctorate degree in engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, a member of IEEE, ODCA, OpenStack and the industry representative with Polytechnic Canada (A federal government advisory community). Dr. Mirza is also the named inventor in nine (9) International, US and Canadian patent and patent application, and in 2013 was recognised as one of Canada’s leading inventor for his invention on the IT adaptive cooling system. (Patent granted). Dr. Mirza regular speaker at tech conferences and seminars.
