Bio

I have been working on OpenStack since 2012 and have more than 15 years of experience in software Industry. Entire my carreer I have involved in opensource. Acted as moderator for  twincities Linux User Group in 2001 and played key role in promoting Debian in Hyderabad.

Technical:

Wrote USB device driver for a Handset base station for Linux 2.4 kernel.

Working on OpenStack solutions for a leading Telecom company in Europe.

Keenly observing development of TripleO and Tuskar and deployment.

What is your relationship to OpenStack, and why is its success important to you? What would you say is your biggest contribution to OpenStack's success to date?

A

Success of OpenStack is extremely important because its opensource cloud platform which is required for commercial world. Its a great Innovation platform and much needed for the future.

Describe your experience with other non profits or serving as a board member. How does your experience prepare you for the role of a board member?

A

Board's role is mainly promote openstack and neutral to the commercial entities.

What do you think the top priority of the Board should be in 2014?

A

Emerging cloud platforms are providing network virtualizations. Adopting network virtualization soltions which are outside openstack need attension.
